A Coach Who’s Walked the Walk

Ryan Blaize gets it—he’s been there. After years as a multi-sport athlete, he went through his own 100+ pound weight loss journey, and now he uses that experience to help others find what works for them. His training isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and feeling stronger in your own skin.

Over the past three years, Ryan’s worked with all kinds of people: athletes wanting to level up, folks working through weight loss goals, and women dealing with the ups and downs of post-menopausal fitness. He’s known for being supportive, down-to-earth, and someone you actually want in your corner. No pressure, no judgment—just real progress at your pace.

Personal Story

I was 100 pounds overweight, unhappy with how I looked and felt—but I refused to stay stuck. I put in the work, day after day, through pain, setbacks, and self-doubt. I rebuilt my body and my mindset. Now I train to stay strong, move with purpose, and help others take control of their own story—just like I did.
